4 Chop without refuse (yield from 1 raw ch Pork Loin, Center Loin (Chops)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Plum Sauce
4 Tsp or 1 packet Mustard
Spray a 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
Rub the pork chops with the salt and pepper and place in skillet.
Cook for 3 minutes on each side, until no longer pink in the center
In a small mixing bowl, mix the plum sauce and mustard.
Spoon on top of the pork and serve
