1 1/2 Cup, sliced Plantains
2 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a bread pan.
Peel plantain.
Place in blender or food processor.
Add in eggs and/or coconut oil.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a prepared bread pan.
Bake bread for 15-18 minutes.
