1/2 Cup, chunks Pineapple
1 Large (3-1/4" dia) Apples
1/4 Slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 Slice (1/8 lemon) Lemons
1 Tbsp, whole Flaxseed
2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
