1 1/4 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Yeast
3 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Pepper
2 Tsp, ground Oregano
1 Tsp, ground Basil
8 Cup Pizza Sauce
2 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Cup, chunks Pineapple
4 Slice oval Sliced Ham
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine warm water and yeast in a bowl; let rest 5 minutes.
In the bowl of a stand mixer combine flour, salt, garlic power, black pepper, oregano, and basil.
Whisk until evenly mixed then add the water/yeast mixture.
Use the bread hook until ingredients are just combined.
Move to a counter sprinkled with flour and knead a few times
Grease a bowl with olive oil and place dough in the bowl.
Cover with a damp towel and let rise until doubled in size, about an hour
Divide into two balls.
Flour the bottom of the dough balls and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
Starting from the center use your finger tips to press down the dough gently and make it into a circle carefully avoiding touching what will be the crust.
Top with sauce, cheese, chopped pineapple, and ham
Bake at 400.
Until the bottom is golden and cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
