1 1/3 Tbsp Parsley
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 3/4 Oz (167 kernels) Pine Nuts
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 2/3 Pieces Sundried Tomatoes
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp Tamarind Nectar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
10 Stick Seafood Sticks
Add parsley, garlic, roasted pine nuts, lime juice, sun dried tomatoes, and tamarind paste to a food processor, pulse well to grind into a paste.
Add olive oil and salt to the paste and mix well.
Empty the mixture into a bowl.
Note: recommended to be served with seafood sticks.
