1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 Cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup, chopped Onions
8 Cup Pizza Sauce
2 Cube Chicken Broth Bouillon
1 Cup Water
3 Oz Pepperoni
1 Tsp, leaves Oregano
1 Cup, diced Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.
Add mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion.
Cook, stirring frequently, 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Stir in pizza sauce, broth, 1 cup water, pepperoni and oregano.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve with cheese.
