1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup, chopped Pecans
4 Fillet Atlantic Salmon
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
4 Tsp Parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix melted coconut oil, mustard, and honey.
In another small bowl, mix bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
Place salmon filets on a foil covered baking sheet.
Season salmon with salt and pepper and pour the honey mixture over the tops.
Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake salmon until it flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
