1 2/3 Cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt
1 2/3 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
2 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Honey
Mix protein powder into the yogurt.
Add all other ingredients and mix until smooth.
