1/4 Cup Oats
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Water
1 1/4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Put oats and protein powder in a microwaveable bowl.
Add water and mix well.
Heat for about 2 minutes.
Stir well, add a splash of milk (or milk substitute), and add peanut butter.
