2 Extra large Egg
1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Beat eggs lightly, set aside.
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Combine milk, eggs ,and remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot nonstick griddle or a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
Cook until evenly golden brown.
