4 Cup Water
4 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Cup, chopped Kale
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup, thawed Strawberries
2 1/2 Oz Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup, sliced Mangos
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt
Add half of the water, then the protein powder and pulse until smooth.
Add everything else and blend it all together.
Add more water, if desired, and blend until it reaches the preferred consistency.
