2 Medium (2-2/3" dia) Peaches
2 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
1 Dash Salt
8 Oz Burrata
10 Leaf, whole Basil
2 Tbsp Peanuts
Slice the peaches and tomatoes, and arrange them on plates.
Sprinkle with salt.
Tear the burrata cheese into pieces, taking care with the creamy filling.
Arrange on top of the tomato slices, then top with torn basil leaves.
Crush the peanuts (using a rolling pin) and sprinkle on top.
