18 Oz Tagliatelle
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/3 Cup White Sauce
1 Bunch Spinach
5 Leaf, whole Basil
3 Tbsp Pistachio Nuts
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions.
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, lightly fry mushrooms in oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Prepare the sachet of Knorr Classic White Sauce according to on-pack instructions and add to the mushrooms together with the spinach and allow to cook on a low heat to wilt the spinach.
Add the sauce to the pasta and garnish with basil leaves and pistachio nuts.
