3 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Russet Potatoes
8 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
4 Tsp Seasoning
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
8 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Cup Caesar Dressing
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut potatoes into wedges.
Add to a baking sheet and top with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
Toss until fully coated, then flip skin side down.
Top with Parmesan and bake until deeply golden and crispy, 25 to 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve with caesar dressing for dipping.
