1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat.
Rub chicken with seasoning (to taste) on both sides and place in skillet.
Cook uncovered on each side for 5 minutes.
Cover skillet and cook chicken on low for an additional 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly and serve.
