1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Honey
1/2 Oz (23 whole kernels) Almonds
Mix everything together (excluding almonds) in a mason jar or bowl.
Wait 10 minutes.
Stir again.
It will begin to thicken.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with a pinch of nuts in the morning and enjoy!
