Ingredients

8 Medium Carrots
4 Clove Garlic
1 Tsp Honey
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking tray with foil.

Clean and slice the carrots into stripes.

Peel the garlic but leave the cloves whole.

In a bowl mix the honey, olive oil, and the spices.

Brush the carrots with the mixture and place them onto the prepared tray.

Place the garlic cloves over the carrots and bake for about 30-40 minutes until tender.
