3/4 Cup Oats
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Water
1 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 Oz Organic Coconut Flou


Shread the oats in a food processor or spice grinder until they reach a flour-like consistency.

Mix the oats, milk, and water together.

Add an egg and stir.

Add the coconut flour and cinnamon, and mix well until combined.

Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.

Drop batter in spoonfuls onto the pan and cook until pancake is browned on one side and bubbles appear.

Flip and brown on the other side.

Repeat with remaining batter and enjoy!
