3/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Extra large Egg
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Cup Rolled Oats
4 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup unpacked Brown Sugar
1 Cup Corn Flou


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F

Assemble dry and wet ingredients into separate bowls.

Combine when both ready.

Oil muffin pan.

Mix together all ingredients well and pour into muffin pan.

Bake for 12-20 minutes (depending on your oven) or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the muffins comes out clean.

Let cool and enjoy!
