1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Tbsp Honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a food processor, grind the oats a little bit.
Add the banana and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix until combined.
Once the dough is finished, roll out and shape cookies.
Bake for about 9 minutes until edges are golden; be careful not to overbake them.
Cool and enjoy!
