No Bake Energy Bites Healthy Recipe

1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup, whole Flaxseed
2/3 Cup Coconut Meat
1 1/3 Cup mini chips Semisweet Chocolate
7 2/3 Tbsp Pb2 Powdered Peanut Butter (Original)
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Cinnamon


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly coated.

Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until it becomes cool and all of the ingredients hold together.

Remove from the refrigerator and roll into about 1 inch sized small balls.

Recipe should yield 2-3 dozen depending on actual size rolled.

Keep in refrigerator in a zip-top bag or air tight container for up to a week.
