12 Thigh, bone removed Chicken Thigh
4 Tsp Bacon Grease
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Sage
1/2 Tsp Salt
preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine melted bacon grease (or butter or coconut oil), mustard, black pepper (to taste), sage, and salt.
Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish, and brush the mixture evenly over each one.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees F when inserted into the center of one of the chicken thighs.
