1 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Medium Mushrooms
1 Pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Pita Bread
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Oz Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Cup Spinach
Bake for 400 degrees F.
Sauté mushrooms in oil over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Set aside.
Spread tomato sauce over pita.
Top with sauce, cheese, chopped tomato, onion, mushrooms, and spinach.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
