6 Extra large Egg
1 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 2/3 Cup diced Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Butter
8 Oz Swiss Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat the eggs, then beat in the cream and salt.
Sauté the mushrooms in butter until tender, 5-10 minutes.
Spread the cheese in the bottom of a greased large glass pie plate; top with the mushrooms.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the mushrooms.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
