2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Muesli
3/4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup, unthawed Blueberries, Frozen
8 Almond Almonds
Take a jar and layer it with one tbsp museli and one tbsp yogurt, then one tea spoon chia seeds and frozen berries.
Add another tbsp of yogurt and top it up with another tbsp of museli and then shaved almonds.
