4 Medium Egg
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Cup Organic Coconut Flour
1 Oz Vital Wheat Gluten
2 1/4 Cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
8 Tsp Seasoning
20 Oz Mozzarella Cheese
Whisk egg with salt and pepper in a small bowl.
In a separate shallow dish, combine the dry ingredients and parmesan.
Slice mozzarella cheese.
Dip each piece of cheese into the egg, and then roll in the parmesan mixture to coat.
Repeat this twice to form a double coating on each cheese stick.
Place cheese sticks into a small rectangular dish or other container, and freeze until solid then transfer to bags until ready for use.
To cook: Heat a few inches of oil in a pan to 365 degrees F.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve alone, or with a side of low carb marinara sauce for dipping.
