52 Oz Chicken Leg
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ginger
2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Water
Season chicken wtih salt, pepper, cinnamon, and ginger, Chop onion.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes per side, just to brown.
Remove from pan.
Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan with the onions, and pour in the water.
Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
