2 Cup White Rice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cup, chopped Onions
4 Cloves, minced Garlic
1/2 Lb Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp, ground Cumin
1 Tsp Salt
1 Can Canned Black Beans
2 Oz Cheddar Cheese
Prepare rice as per package directions; set aside.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.
Coat with oil.
Sauté onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add beef.
Cook until browned.
, about 12 minutes, stirring to crumble.
Drain and return to pan.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt.
Add rice and beans.
Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Stirring occasionally .
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and remove from heat.
