4 Large Egg White
1 Dash Salt
1 Cup Suga
Preheat over to 120 degrees celcius (250F) and line two baking trays with baking paper.
Place egg whites and salt and whisk with an electric mixer until they form soft peaks.
Add sugar a spoon at a time whisking continally.
Once the mixture looks glossy and thick use a spoon to make indivual meringues on the baking paper leaving space inbetween each one.
Once in the oven reduce tempature to 90 degrees celcius (200F), after an hour turn off oven and wait till fully cooled before removing.
Serve with fresh fruit and cream, enjoy!
