1 Tbsp chopped Onions
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
1 1/2 Cup Mashed Potatoes
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/4 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbsp chopped Chives
In a saucepan, saute the onion in butter until tender
Add milk, potatoes, salt and celery salt if desired and pepper
Heat through
Garnish with chives
