4 Large Egg
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 Lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Add eggs to a sauce pan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Drain, peel, and chop eggs.
Add chopped hard boiled eggs, avocado, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to a small bowl and mash with the back of a fork until fully combined
Serve immedaitely as desired.
