1 Tbsp Maple Syrups
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Vegetable Oil
1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
Place chicken a broiler pan coated with oil.
Brush with maple mixture.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes brushing with maple mixture after 5 minutes and again after 10 minutes.
Cook until juices run clear, chicken is no longer pink, and the internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
