1 1/2 Cup arils (seed/juice sacs) Pomegranates
2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
4 Fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
2 Pepper Serrano Pepper
3/4 Cup, sliced Mangos
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
1 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Tsp Salt
Chop onion, cilantro and chilis.
Set aside.
Peel and dice mango.
Halve, pit, and peel avocados.
Coarsely mash in a bowl.
Stir in onion, chiles, lime juice, and salt, then fold in pomegranate seeds, mango, and cilantro.
