1 Lb Ground Beef
16 Oz Bacon
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tbsp Wheat Flour
7 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
1 1/2 Cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce
12 Oz Mexican Cheese
4 Cup Salsa
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Lay out bacon on a foil lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, to desired crispiness.
Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add in flour after browning for structure, mix well.
Drain bacon on paper towels.
Cut into 1 inch pieces or leave whole
Fill burritos with meats, lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
Freeze until ready to eat.
Microwave wrapped in a paper towel for 2 minutes.
