1 Cloves, minced Garlic
2 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3/4 Tsp, ground Cumin
1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Salt
30 Oz Chickpeas
1/2 Small Onions
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lime juice, oil, cumin, crushed red pepper, and salt.
Add the chickpeas, onion, and cilantro; stir gently to combine.
Serve right away or refrigerate.
