2 Cup Wheat Flour
4 Tbsp Aspartame
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
4 Extra large Egg
1/2 Cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt
6 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1 Lemon Lemon Zest
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cup sifted Powdered Sugars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line an 8x8-inch square pan with foil, leaving extra for “handles.
”
Put all ingredients (excluding cream cheese and powdered sugar) into a bowl.
Stir by hand until smooth (about 30 seconds).
Spread batter in pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes.
Lift out of pan and spread glaze over warm brownies
Glaze: Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar till smooth apply to brownies when cooled down.
