1 Cup Almond Milk
2/3 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1 Lemon Lemon Zest
1 Lemon yields Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Maple Syrups
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together well in a resealable container.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Stir well before serving.
