2 Tbsp Thyme
2 Tbsp chopped Onions
2 Tbsp Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
Remove the thyme leaves from the stems and place in a dish.
Add the onion, tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste.
Toss together well.
Serve with grilled meat dishes.
