3 1/2 Oz, boneless Chinook Salmon
1/2 Fruit Avocados
1/2 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1/2 Tsp Sesame Seeds


Place the slices of smoked salmon on a board (or a sushi mat).

Let the slices cover about half of the previous slice, creating a length of salmon which will be the outside of your roll.

Cut the avocado and cucumber in thin slices.

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and horseradish and mix well together.

Spread cream cheese on salmon slices and place avocado and cucumber on top.

Carefully, roll the salmon so it closes in the bottom.

Cut sushi-slices with a sharp knife and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
