1/3 Cup packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Tbsp Ginger
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
16 Oz Ground Beef
2 Stalk Onions
1 Cup White Rice
Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger in a small bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add garlic.
Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
Drain excess fat off beef.
Stir in soy sauce mixture and green onions until well combined.
Allow to simmer until heated through.
Serve immediately over rice.
