1 Head small (4" dia.) Cauliflower
1 Bunch Broccoli
1/2 Onion Onions
2 Can (12.5 oz), drained Tuna
1 Can (10.75 oz) Cream Of Celery Soup
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Chop cauliflower into small pieces.
Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Boil a pot of water and add the cauliflower and broccoli.
Cover and lower heat to simmer for 10 min.
or until al dente.
Then drain the water.
Mix all the ingredients together (except for 1/2cup of the cheese- set this aside), and spread in a large ungreased casserole dish.
Sprinkle the withheld cheese on top.
Bake for 30 min.
or until bubbling.
