8 Extra large Egg
1 Head small (4" dia.) Cauliflower
4 1/2 Grams Sausage
2 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Grams Salt
1 Tsp or 1 packet Mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook sausage and set aside.
Chop cauliflower.
Mix sausage in bowl with heavy whipping cream, chopped cauliflower, cheese, eggs, salt and mustard.
Place in 9×13 casserole dish that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F or longer with foil on top until firm and not watery.
Serve hot.
