1 Fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
3 Oz, boneless Chinook Salmon
1/2 Cup, (not packed) Cottage Cheese
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Cut avocados in half and remove the pit.
Place cottage cheese in each hollow of the avocado and add smoked salmon on top.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
