Ingredients

10 Grams Ground Beef
3 Large Egg White
1 Dash Pepper
3 Clove Garlic
2 1/3 Grams Mushrooms
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
8 Tbsp Tomato Sauce

Directions

Chop garlic, onions, and mushrooms

Add garlic, onion, and mushrooms with 1 tsp of salt to a pan and saute on medium heat until onions are soft

Mix together all the ingredients except for the tomato sauce

Spray down a loaf pan with cooking spray and firmly press in the ground beef mix

Pour tomato sauce on top ensuring you spread evenly

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees
