1 Head large (6-7" dia.) Cauliflower
3/4 Cup Cream Cheese
1 Cube Chicken Broth Bouillon
2 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
35 Oz Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Chicken Broth Bouillon
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 1/4 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grate the head of cauliflower and put it in a glass bowl.
Microwave until it's cooked soft, about 6-10 minutes.
Add cream cheese and bouillon and mix with electric mixer.
Add grated cheese and mix some more.
Brown the meat with some bouillon, stirring often to break up pieces.
When the meat is close to done add the onion.
Combine with grated cheddar in a baking dish.
Mix thoroughly and press evenly into the bottom of the pan.
Spread the cauliflower in an even layer on top.
Bake until the top is lightly browned (about 10 minutes).
