12 Thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
16 Oz Pork And Beef Chorizo
4 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 Cup Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Garlic
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
6 Tsp Franks Redhot Hot Sauce
Brown chorizo in a skillet over medium heat.
Layer the ingredients into a crockpot starting with the Chicken Thighs (raw, boneless and skinless), Chorizo, then the remaining ingredients.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove the thighs, break apart, and return to the crockpot.
Cook for 30 more minutes on low.
