8 Breast, bone removed Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
4 Oz Monterey Cheese
2 Oz Chopped Green Chiles
2 Tsp Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Cup Salsa Verde
2 Stalk Onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the chicken breasts into chunks.
Cook the chicken breasts in a pan.
If pan isn't big enough cook in batches.
Cut the chicken breasts into chunks.

Drain excess liquid from cooked chicken.
Add taco seasoning to the cooked chicken breasts and transfer into a greased casserole dish.
Mix sour cream, chiles and salsa together and pour over chicken.
Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Shred the cheese while chicken is cooking, and once chicken is done, remove and cover in cheese and cook for 5 minutes longer.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
Let leftovers cool and transfer to tupperware to store in fridge.
