8 Oz Ground Pork
2 Extra large Egg
1 Tbsp Butter
2/3 Cup Tomato Sauce
1 Large Onions
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper


Preheat Oven/Toaster Oven to 400 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper or aluminium foil

Sauté onions in butter (or cooking fat, ghee, etc) until Translucent then allow to cool

Mix meat, Spices, Onions, until evenly distributed

Divide into 6 ( depending on amount of meat) equal parts and roll into balls

Poke a hole in the center of each meat-ball

Place meat-bagels into dish, spaced evenly

Bake ~40 Minutes or until an internal temp of 160

Allow to cool then split bagels and serve or refridgerate for later.
