1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
1/4 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
4 Oz Ground Beef
4 Tsp Seasoning
1 Large (2-1/4 per pound, approx 3-3/4" lo Red Bell Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
2 Leaf, whole Basil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Sauté the onions, garlic, and basil in coconut oil over medium heat until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the meat and cook until browned through, adding italian seasoning
Cut the bell peppers in half and clean out the seeds.
Fill with the sauteed beef and onion mix and cook in the oven face up for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with basil and enjoy!
