6 Large Zucchini
16 Oz Italian Sausage
1 Cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 Cup Pasta Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp, chopped Basil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut 6 zucchini in half and spoon out middle contents.
Cook 1 lb Italian sausage in a pan until no longer pink.
Add chopped onions and mushrooms and cook until tender.
Add 1-2 cups sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add zucchini to a baking pan and spoon meat mixture into zucchinis.
Top with garlic powder, salt, mozzarella cheese, and basil.
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until cheese is browned and zucchini is tender.
